Do you ever find that you just can't remember things from one day to the next, I am really struggling with my memory at the moment, I keep double booking myself and forgetting things.
I feel older than I am!!

My mind is so bad at times I swear I have early onset dementia. If it wasn't for chatting to a friend years ago about it and her Mum feeling the same and it was menopause I would be in a corner rocking!!! I do still get scared though!
