Just had to share
A bit more excited now
This is the style of pen that I will have in my garden soon, well a couple of weeks, but it will be taller as this one was shortened to size of over fence or something like that!
Inside
Then I will be looking after some puddy cats

Tea and Sympathy please
***
At Blackpool market found these going cheap, I had admired these at garden centres but they were a bit pricey, but got them at a great price !!
I just have to keep a look out for one with Reece's name on, I did get a blank just in case.
***
I got back to find Hubby had brought me another (belated) Anniversary gift,
I have been after one of these for ages, a three tiered cake stand for my fruit.
Isn't he the greatest.

As I said I have been to Blackpool today the main reason being that my niece's coach was cancelled so she gave me the money for petrol and I took her and her fella, I also took my DD and my Mum and made a day of it. I am shattered now, all that walking. Had fun though.!!

Stitching, What's that!
LOL I bet you all thought I had forgotten what stitching was, didn't you.
Well yes I have been trying to get a few blankets done for christmas, and I have even been stitching together the hexagons, (yes I am still plodding on with them.)
But I do have a some bit of stitching to share with you.
SHOCK HORROR! lol
this is Sew Red by Istitch, but I just had to use this thread I bought from 21st Century Yarns at the FoQuilts show. For this little freebie.

Look at this pretty pinkeep I received yesterday from Chris, I wasn't expecting anything and this really made my day. You know that feeling you get when you just wanna hug someone, I got that when I opened the parcel.
And look at the back a dinkiest pair of scissors and pocket to store them in.
Thank you so much Chris, I just adore it all!

Raising money!
Do you remember the Cats quilt and cushion See Here.
Well on Sunday at the Cat's Protection Open day, they had a Raffle just for the Quilt, as well as other things and the quilt raised £85.50 all on it's own. And total raised on the day was £3865.25.
Isn't that amazing, I haven't taken any photos this year as I was busyharrassing asking people if they would like a raffle ticket
My Mum won a prize in the main Raffle, 2 tickets to see Dick Whittington in December.
And Lucy won the 'Guess how many sweets, she was 2 away from the total

Is that my Mojo I see???
Thanks to Carol R's designs I may have found a little mojo, this is one of her freebie called Sew Red, I am doing in some threads I got from the quilt show.
So today I got out Tribal Butterfly determined to finish the outline
and that I did, I am quite proud of myself.
Why have I suddenly started stitching again, maybe because the children went back to school today and I went to a friends house today and we chatted whilst I stitched and she knitted.
Maybe I will manage more progress reports!!
Thank you for stopping by
Hugs Rachael xx
