Trying to find my stitchy bug.

I decided to look through all my wip's and photograph them all, here are just some of them!

I will do the others in another post.

On Saturday at the Needlecraft Haven Meet up I gave Ursh the Monthlong giveaway goodies, and here are the last few items I put it!!

Nuneaton

Been to Nuneaton today for a Stitchy meet up, organised by Clare over at Needlecraft Haven
It was a lovely sunny day and there was lots of stitching and chatting going on.
I only took pics of the Left/Right exchange game I forgot to go round again but hopefully others will post there photos and I can link to them

My diet went out the window today, I really tried to be good but someone brought in a Pistachio and chocolate cake and I can only guess how many hundreds of syns it is!!! And Lyndsay's fella made some cinnamon cookies, yum yum!

It was lovely to see old and new friends and see all the gorgeous stitching and Beading etc.

OMGosh

I never know how to start when I am excited, so I will start where I think will make more sense.
I received a handmade scissor fob from Karen in 2009, and it was used on my scissors. Only recently the fob came apart from being well...manhandled a lot when they were on my scissors. And Karen said to send it back and she'll repair it, So I did but unfortunately Royal Mail decided to keep it in there black hole!!
So it never arrived but Karen generously sent me a new fob using some new glass beads she has made and it is absolutely gorgeous!!!!

A birthday and a postcard

It was my son's 9th birthday yesterday, where o' where have the last 9 years gone!!
He had a great time, and he got what he asked for, A Derby County football kit and a scooter plus lots of other stuff, and a total of £100 cash the lucky thing!!

I don't know if you know but I like sending and receiving postcards at http://www.postcrossing.com/ and looking for postcards all the time is a pain and costly so I decided to design my own at http://www.vistaprint.co.uk/

If anyone wants to swap postcards let me know, I love receiving ones that have places(Cities, towns monuments, famous buildings etc) on the front

Well ain't I just naughty!!!!

I have had some stitching time, only I had  been stitching Bramble and the rose on fabric that is too small for the design!!!

But I am still going to stitch on it, but just smaller part of the design

Naughty me...
