2016, where did the rest of the time go?
Hello! Boy it has been a while. I have changed jobs, I am now a Taxi Driver...lol
and most days I work 12 hours and 5/6 days a week so I don't get much time to do alot.
I did manage to complete a Rainbow Blanket, which was part of a yarn club I joined hosted by the lovely Samantha at Unbelievawool, I first bought some of her yarn at Wonderwool Wales last year, I followed her Facebook group and well I have to say I love her colourways in her yarn.
Yes I actually finished a Blanket, I have started a few more of course! But with this one I could take to work as it was small squares, and I finished the blanket at the craft group I go to once a month.
What started as a place to record my Cross stitching is mostly Crochet but occasionally a bit of stitching.

2018...Hello
Well I wasn't sure if i could still sign in, but here I am.
Doubt there are any people but this is mostly for me to try and keep on at my temperature blanket.
I am using Attic 24's Woodland blanket as a pattern, using the lowest and highest temperatures of the week. So that will be 104 rows (I hope)
If it snows then I might add a white row, so it may be more than 104.
So as this first week is already over the first two rows are going to be Turquoise and Mint, my foundation chain is going to be grey, as will any border.

Nearly the end of June
Where does the time go. I had hoped time would go slower as I got older, but no it seems you blink and it's gone.
Here is my current project originally it was a shawl I was making with this yarn but I decided I did not like it. So I saw a fab tutorial on YouTube by Bag 'O' Day. Not sure about it now as she did say it was an XL size but I will be amazed if this fit a child. I am determined to finish this.
I will try and get pics of my current WIP,s and post them on here.

I am still crocheting bits and bobs, and trying to keep up with a few exchanges. but their will be some changes this year so I may not be around as much, I will post as and when I can and remember too.
I am going to Wonderwool at the end of April, and looking forward to it also meeting up with some ladies I have spoke online to for many years but never met!
I hope the weather is not too bad where you are xx

Plans for 2015
As you know from my last post I am going to Crochet some items for Charity, I am hoping to keep a record here on my blog.(Fingers Crossed)
But I am going to try and attend more events also this year, I will be going to Yarndale, and maybe some others if funds allow.
I am hoping to document my stash purchases as well, I do have a Ravelry account so mostly it will be on there, but I am hoping to share with you all.
So yesterday I bought some wool and today some wool came in the post.
This was bought from B & M
I bought this Patons Fab, from The Range.
I also took a trip to Hobbycraft for some more Women's Institute Premium wool
I did finish this hat which is a challenge from The Crochet Crowd
It is sized for a small woman as it is too small for me, but it will go towards my charity crochet.
I also made a cover for a Diary, for my Charity makes for Big Hearts Square Group on Facebook I used some pure wool mini balls I bought at The Bakewell show.
Oh the wool that came in the post today.
This mini skein pack is from The Knitting Goddess.
This is called Drop Dead Fred(who remembers that film?) from the The Yarn Tree who is actually based in Derby, so I love buying locally
